Who we are

What we collect
Through the application form: your name, work email, company, website, role, the plan and services you’re interested in, your first project, when you’d like to start, how you heard about us, and anything else you choose to write. Required fields are the ones we need to reply; without them we can’t review your application.
When you email us or book an intro call: what you share in those conversations.
When you browse the site: anonymous visit statistics, such as pages viewed, clicks on buttons and links, the site that referred you, and your device type, browser and country. They’re collected without cookies and don’t identify you.
Why we use it
To reply to your application, plan an intro call and prepare a proposal. These are steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(b)).
To understand which pages work and improve the site, through anonymous, cookieless statistics. This is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
If we work together: to deliver the work, invoice it and meet our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
We don’t sell your data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.
Who else handles it
We use a small set of providers that process data on our behalf:
Framer, which hosts this website, processes the application form and measures visits.
Plausible Analytics, for cookieless visit statistics.
Cal.com, for booking intro calls, only if you open the booking calendar.
Our email provider, where applications and messages arrive.
Google Fonts, which delivers some of the typefaces on this site. Your browser downloads them directly from Google, which sees your IP address when it does.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, they rely on safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Applications and related emails: up to 12 months after our last contact if we don’t end up working together. After that, we delete them.
Client records: for as long as we work together. Invoices and accounting records are kept for 10 years, as Italian law requires.
Visit statistics: kept only as anonymous totals.
Cookies and browser storage
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, which is why there’s no cookie banner. To make the site work smoothly, your browser keeps a few small notes on your device (local and session storage). They stay on your device and are never sent to us:
Your unfinished application, so you don’t lose your answers if you leave (30 days, deleted once you apply).
The plan you picked, so the form can preselect it (until you close the tab).
If you arrived through a personal link from us: your company name and the redesign we prepared for you (60 days).
Whether you’ve already seen the intro animation and the Taste test, so they don’t repeat.
You can clear them at any time in your browser settings. If you open the booking calendar, Cal.com loads inside the page and may use its own cookies, as described in Cal.com’s privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to restrict or object to how we use it. Write to sayhi@glipp.com and we’ll reply within a month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
